  • Track daily cash inflows and cash outflows.
  • Prepare and maintain transaction logs and cash worksheets in Excel.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
  • Process and record payments to suppliers and internal transfers.
  • Assist in preparing simple financial reports (daily/weekly/monthly cash summaries).
  • Support creation and update of cash flow forecasts.
  • Communicate with banks, suppliers, and internal teams about transaction issues.
  • Keep financial records organized and accessible for audits or reviews.
  • Follow internal controls and company policies for cash handling and payments.


Qualification:

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.

Experience Level: 0–2 years’ experience (internship acceptable).

Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables), basic accounting knowledge and bank reconciliation skills.

Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, trustworthy with confidential data, and good communicator.
