- Safely transport goods to designated locations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle
- Maintain accurate logs of hours and mileage
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients and dispatch
- Manage cargo loading and unloading
- Ensure timely delivery of shipments
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal education required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of driving experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in driving and navigation, vehicle maintenance knowledge, and good communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Long hours on the road, varied weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, detail-oriented, strong time management, and physical stamina.
