Position: Web3 UI Designer (3+ years)

We are looking for a designer with over three years of experience in UI/UX design for internet products and a profound understanding of Web3 product design. You will lead the interface and interaction design of dApps, covering core scenarios such as wallet connection, transaction processes, asset presentation, and community interaction, ensuring that the designs align with blockchain characteristics while also being user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing for the general audience.

• Over 3 years of UI/UX design experience, with at least 1 year of design experience in Web3 or financial products (portfolio required).
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD, with skills in componentization and design systems.
• Familiar with interaction standards for mobile and web, capable of designing clear visualizations for assets, transactions, and status based on Web3 characteristics.
• Deep understanding of wallet interactions, transaction processes, and on-chain status feedback, able to reduce user learning costs.
• Strong aesthetic sense and creativity, able to produce high-quality visual designs that align with brand tone and practical implementation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to efficiently interface with product, front-end, and marketing teams.
