Reports to Job Title: Team Leader / Asst. Operations Manager Job Title: Recruiter Reports To: Team Leader/ Asst. Operations Manager

Position Mission: The primary goal of this role is to meet the client’s expectations for recruitment services and service level agreements (SLA) on a daily and weekly basis or as specified by the client’s process requirements. As a Recruiter, you play a key role in client service delivery by understanding and executing the guidelines and processes set by IMS policy and each project. This role requires flexibility to work on any client and project assigned.


Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates
  • Building long-term relationships with candidates • Reviewing and understanding job requirements for various roles
  • Verifying applicant qualifications and matching them to position requirements
  • Utilizing social media and online tools for candidate sourcing
  • Maintaining an organized candidate database
  • Preparing and submitting daily recruiting reports to the team manager
  • Participating in client and team conference calls Essential Functions:
  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified healthcare professionals based on client requirements and project guidelines.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of candidate profiles and reports in alignment with client SLAs and quality standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date and organized candidate records in internal systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity at all times.
  • Collaborate with the compliance and credentialing teams to support candidate documentation and regulatory requirements specific to healthcare roles.
  • Participate in team and client calls to stay aligned with recruitment goals, process updates, and performance expectations.



Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 6 months to 2 years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency English (Written and Verbal)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office and internet/social media for sourcing
  • Knowledge in basic recruitment and sourcing techniques is a plus
  • Strong negotiation and selling skills
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
