·        Inspect the closed van/truck before and after trips and submits report indication closed van/truck condition

·        Read and review daily trips monitoring /waybill to determine assignment or delivery point

·        Ensure proper using of seatbelt to be secured during transit

·        Gives properly direction to the helper

·        Maintain and monitor the condition of radiator, oil and others

·        Maneuver truck into loading and unloading position and following signals from loading staff/helper as needed

·        Ensures that all scheduled booking is delivered

·        Ensures that all deliveries are correct and timely delivered to the customer

·        Ensures that all company supplies and equipment, including gloves, safety tools, and diesel, are handled and secured appropriately.

·        Ensure that all deliveries are properly serve on or before the date needed as indicated on the request

·        Ensure that no valid complaints received from internal/external Customers are related to delivery process.

·        Ensures all instruction are understood and followed to meet the QMS Goals and deadlines despite obstacles in performing job.

·        Ensures that submission of documents required regarding deliveries and incident are timely met

·        Ensures a continuous improvement on Delivery is properly implemented.

·        Ensures positive response to all pressures either from Superior or co-workers.

·        Comply to the Operation and Safety training, plans, policies, procedures and guidelines.    

·   Knowledgeable in driving truck or closed van

·   Driver License must be restriction code 1,2,3

·   Good Communications and Interpersonal skills
