Description
- Act as first point of contact, providing exemplary customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues, manage complaints, and process orders/returns in a timely manner.
- Maintain intimate knowledge of company policies and services to offer accurate assistance.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, enhancing the image of Driven Manpower Corporation in the HR & Recruitment sphere.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed service goals.
Requirements
- Job Title: Customer Service Representative
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of High/Senior High School degree.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 Year of experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency with computers and relevant software. Ability to resolve conflicts and provide solutions. Emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests. Providing product and service information. Documenting customer interactions and transactions.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for remote work. Shift work may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and resilient. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
