Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Document customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong customer service skills, effective scheduling, and solid problem-solving abilities.
