Description
- Greet customers and take food or beverage orders.
- Prepare and serve food and drinks according to company standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and kitchen areas.
- Handle cash register transactions and provide accurate change.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints politely.
- Assist in stock inventory and replenishment.
- Support team members during peak hours
Requirements
- High school graduate; college level is an advantage.
- Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus.
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
