Description
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Handle cash and process payments.
- Assist in training new staff as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant setting preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in waitering, quick service restaurant operations, and strong hospitality skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requires standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, and able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
