Description
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
- Assist in menu suggestions and answer customer inquiries.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
- Handle payments and maintain cash register accuracy.
- Meet health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: Previous experience in a restaurant setting is an advantage.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, customer service skills, and ability to multitask.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, and able to work well under pressure.
