Description
- Take orders, serve food, maintain cleanliness, provide excellent customer service, and handle payments.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance dining experience.
- Take and process customer orders accurately.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Assist with menu recommendations and special requests.
- Handle payments and process transactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Requirements
- Job Title: Waiter
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in food service preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service, communication, teamwork, multitasking, attention to detail, hygiene, time management, physical stamina, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and potential for evening and weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, adaptable, reliable, and passionate about customer service.
