- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and timely manner
- Present menu and provide detailed information when needed
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve orders and ensure guests have everything they need during their meal
- Check tables regularly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process payments and issue receipts when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, tables, and service stations
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in table setup and clearing
