- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Assist with menu recommendations and answer any questions.
- Process transactions and handle cash responsibly.
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: Previous experience in waitering preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong waitering and hospitality skills, excellent communication, and customer-oriented.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require evening and weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, efficient, and able to work under pressure.
