- Provide excellent customer service to enhance dining experience.
- Take and relay customer orders accurately.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set.
- Assist with menu recommendations and answer questions.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English language skills, cooking knowledge, excellent waitering and hospitality skills, ability to perform cashier duties.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Serve food and beverages, take orders, assist with food preparation, manage cashier functions.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, flexible shifts, possible weekend and holiday work.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, customer-focused, strong communication skills, team player.
