Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure an enjoyable dining experience.
- Greet and take orders from customers promptly and accurately.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a clean environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cooking, cashiering, and waitering. Must exhibit excellent communication skills, be customer-oriented, and have strong hospitality skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, may require long hours and standing.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, and quick in service delivery.
