- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Serve food and beverages promptly to guests.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant as needed.
Requirements
- Job Title: Waiter
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, custom management, waitering, hospitality skills, customer-oriented approach, and ability to work in a quick service restaurant.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ensure customer satisfaction, and manage transactions.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, requiring multitasking and teamwork.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, dependable, attentive to detail, and enthusiastic about customer service.
