Description
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly attitude
- Present menus, explain dishes, and answer customer inquiries
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar
- Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly
- Clear tables, reset for the next guests, and maintain overall cleanliness of the dining area
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables and responding quickly to customer needs
- Handle billing and payments (cash or POS systems) accurately
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times
- Support team members during peak hours or when needed
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is a plus (training provided for beginners)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Cheerful, courteous, and customer-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Physically fit to stand and walk for extended periods
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
