• Operations Supervisor leads daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient staffing, accurate inventory, and compliance with GMP and FEFO. Manages deliveries, supports inventory counts, and resolves client and shipment issues.

Key Tasks:

• Monitor manpower requirements for daily operations
• Train and guide new staff on warehouse procedures
• Ensure GMP is implemented throughout the entire warehouse
• Ensure all issuances are based on FEFO procedures
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing deliveries are properly documented and accurate
• Work closely with the inventory management team on the completion and closure of physical counts, inventory reconciliation within the agreed timeline, maintain sign-off documents, and report to immediate superior
• Participate in investigations and resolve cases of short, damaged, or over items in receiving/releasing of stocks
• Ensure all incoming container vans/truck deliveries are unloaded in a timely manner
• Ensure all outgoing container vans/trucks are loaded in a timely manner
• Participate in the monthly inventory count for all clients
• Provide daily warehouse utilization reports
• Provide assistance to address client concerns/issues and promote positive interactions
• Verify the accuracy of information on outgoing and incoming advice, and proactively coordinate with clients for clarification to ensure requirements are met
• Keep updated on internal policies, procedures, safety practices, and other quality-related programs and systems implementations
• Serve as backup to co-inventory checker when necessary
• Perform other relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time by superior

Educational Attainment: College graduate

Experience : At least 1-2 years experience in Cold Storage operations under the same capacity.

Skills:

• Computer literate
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to drive a Forklift equipments with training in FL Safety driving
• At least 2 years experience in Cold Storage operations under the same capacity.
