Job Summary:

The Warehouse Staff is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching products. The role ensures that inventory is handled safely, accurately, and efficiently to support smooth business operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments.
• Check and verify accuracy of delivered items against delivery receipts or purchase orders.
• Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Prepare and pack items for dispatch or delivery.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks.
• Assist in tracking inventory levels and updating warehouse records.
• Follow company safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics work is an advantage.
• Physically fit; able to lift, carry, and move items as needed.
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
