- Supervise a warehouse team and willing to work overtime as need arises
- Leads department operations to meet specific company targets;
- Leads Strategic Projects and assignments as required
- Effectively supervise with full accountability for operational labor and supply costs;
- Acts as a coach to their team playing team through vision and goals, coaching and feedback;
- Accountable for Maintaining a healthy work environment and being a good leader by example for others;
- Manages employee performance including but not limited to attendance , vacation, employee separations, annual review, merit process, and documentation.
