For example, when building the front end of decentralized applications (DApps), it is necessary to design a reasonable component architecture to achieve efficient data interaction and presentation.

2. Technical Problem-Solving and Optimization: Address various challenging issues encountered during product development, with a particular focus on security and performance optimization. Concerning the security features of Web3 applications, such as preventing vulnerabilities in smart contract interactions; in terms of performance optimization, improve application response speed and user experience by optimizing code loading mechanisms and reducing the number of blockchain data requests.

3. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the back-end development team to ensure smooth front-end and back-end data interaction, collaboratively completing the overall development of Web3 projects. Actively cooperate with product managers and designers to understand product requirements and design concepts, accurately translating them into front-end implementation plans to ensure the project is delivered on time and with high quality.

Exploration and Application of New Technologies: Continuously monitor the cutting-edge technological development trends in the Web3 and front-end fields, exploring the feasibility of applying new technologies in projects, such as new blockchain interaction libraries and advanced features of front-end frameworks, and integrating them into project development to enhance the technological competitiveness of the product.

Front-end Development Experience: At least two years of front-end work experience, having deeply participated in the development of at least one complete large-scale front-end project, with rich practical project experience, capable of effectively addressing various challenges in front-end development.

2. Mastery of Front-end Technologies: Proficient in W3C standards, skilled in using HTML4/HTML5, CSS2/CSS3, ES5/ES6 and other front-end development technologies, able to independently complete high-quality front-end page code development and debugging, accurately understanding and implementing design requirements.

3. Framework Practical Ability: Experience with MV* frameworks such as React/Vue/Angular, capable of independently using frameworks for project development, understanding the core design concepts of the frameworks, mastering their application techniques in Web3 projects, such as efficiently binding and interacting with blockchain data using the frameworks.

4. Engineering Tool Utilization: Familiar with Node.js technology and its ecosystem, proficient in using tools such as npm/webpack/gulp, capable of setting up a complete front-end development environment, carrying out project construction, packaging, and deployment, enhancing development efficiency and project quality.

Performance and Security Optimization: Familiar with front-end performance optimization strategies, able to use front-end debugging tools such as Chrome/Safari for performance analysis and optimization of Web3 applications; at the same time, mastering front-end security optimization methods to ensure data security during blockchain interactions.
