You will be responsible for the design and development of web applications aimed at improving and automating internal operations.
Our Information Systems Department currently consists of an 8-member team,
which is working on building web-based business applications,
collaborating with tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Azure, and Power Automate,
and striving to develop more practical business systems.
The fundamental development policies and design guidelines are already established, providing an environment where you can learn the necessary knowledge after joining.

Thus far, we have developed various internal applications, including a product management app and a training app.
Currently, we are advancing the development of our internal portal site and attendance system.

【Salary and Benefits】
The base salary upon hiring will be determined based on age.
In addition to the base salary, various allowances will be provided.

235,100 yen to 269,550 yen

・Home Office Allowance (900 yen/day)
・Qualification Allowance (up to 30,000 yen/month)

・Overtime Allowance (no fixed overtime pay)
・Position Allowance (5,000 yen to 140,000 yen/month)
・Perfect Attendance Allowance (5,000 yen/month)
・Family Allowance (10,000 yen/month for a spouse, 8,000 yen/month for each child)
・Housing Allowance (10,000 yen to 20,000 yen/month)
*Applicable to homeowners who have a loan in their name or similar payments.
・Commuting Allowance (actual transportation expenses reimbursed, capped at 50,000 yen/month)
*For cars: reimbursement based on total commuting distance × gasoline price.
*For public transport: reimbursement of commuting pass costs.

【Holidays and Leave】
Two-day weekends (alternate Saturdays and Sundays off, flexible holidays)
Flexible holidays allow employees to set their own days off.
The total number of holidays per month ranges from 7 to 12 days.
It is also possible to take weekends and holidays off in combination with paid leave.

・Practical experience in web application development (no specific programming language required)
・Experience in both front-end and back-end development

・Experience in design and development with a focus on UI/UX
・Knowledge and experience with cloud services and API integration
・Experience in team development and documentation creation
※ Knowledge or experience with Microsoft Azure, Power Automate, and Salesforce is not required.
