Job Description
- Manage workforce planning and forecasting to ensure adequate staffing, balanced workloads, and optimal scheduling for operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding workforce activities, including forecasts, service level performance, and action plans for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain performance reports—daily, weekly, and monthly—to monitor key operational metrics and support decision-making.
- Analyze and manage workforce data, identifying trends, resolving issues, and providing insights for continuous process enhancement.
- Collaborate with Real-Time Analysts to track attendance, adherence, and productivity, ensuring alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Continuously improve reporting systems and tools to enhance accuracy, visibility, and operational effectiveness.
