MOTECH KAWIT

Location: Bgy, Inside Phoenix Gas Station Potol Kawit, near All Homes, Corner EPZA Diversion Rd, Centennial Road, Kawit, Cavite

Responsibilities

• Expertise at Car Mechanic
• To provide quick and reliable service to the customer by coordinating customer with the technicians and the maintenance of quality control.
• To train, supervise, develop and control the technician's job.
• To implement the control and maintenance of tools and equipment's and other company properties.
• To be able to meet budgeted sales for the year.
• To greet and welcome customers the moment they come in. Ask the customer about the problem of his/her vehicle.
• Schedule and assign the work to a technician.
• Do road testing, to make sure that the job is done properly and accurately to avoid back jobs.
• Do preliminary checks on the vehicle and prepare job order.

Requirements

• Has experience in the same related field
• 2 or more year's experience in Automotive Technician/Mechanical
• Can take Leadership Role within the team
• Has Experience and Certification of Auto Mechanic/Technician or any related field (Preferred)
• Has NCI or NCII Automotive Certificate Holder
