- 协调各部门之间的沟通与合作
- 制定并执行行政管理制度
- 组织安排公司会议及活动
- 管理公司财务预算与支出
- 监督物业管理与办公室环境维护
- 处理员工关系及人事事务
Requirements
- 教育背景: 本科及以上学历。精通中文听说读写！！
- 工作经验: 3-5年相关工作经验。
- 技能与能力: 熟练使用微软Office，具备数据分析能力，优秀的分析能力，流利的中文表达能力。
- 职责与职责: 负责日常行政管理，协调各部门工作，进行数据分析及报告撰写。
- 工作条件: 办公室环境，需适应一定的工作压力。
- 品质与特征: 具备良好的沟通能力，团队合作精神，严谨细致。
