Monitor the cloud platform's operational status to ensure high availability and stability of the system;

Write and maintain operational documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and emergency plans;

Analyze and resolve issues related to systems, databases, networks, and applications.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Communication or related fields, with over 3 years of experience in DevOps/CI, CD/containerization/operations/development, and more than 3 years of experience in traditional/internet business operations;

Proficient in AWS cloud platform operations, familiar with the use and troubleshooting of various AWS cloud products;

Understanding of SRE operations processes and capabilities, with the ability to automate operations for large-scale systems;

Familiar with the building and maintenance of monitoring and alerting platforms and scheduling services: ELK, Grafana, etc.;

Proficient in one scripting language such as Java, Shell, or Python, and familiar with the Java and Python runtime environments;

Solid Linux platform operation and debugging skills, able to perform troubleshooting, configuration tuning, and performance analysis proficiently;
