Job Description
The Virtual Assistant – Sales Support position is open to candidates without experience or from other industries who wish to learn to become Virtual Assistants. The company provides paid on-the-job training, allowing candidates to learn while working and continue to receive a salary.
Responsibilities
• Assist with basic sales and marketing activities
• Collect and manage prospect data
• Follow up with potential clients as directed by the team
• Manage simple data and reports
• Support sales administrative and operational tasks
• Learn the Virtual Assistant tools and systems used by the company
Qualifications
• Open to candidates with no experience / fresh graduates
• Candidates from any industry are welcome to apply
• High willingness to learn and strong work ethic
• Communicative, disciplined, and responsible
• Proficient in using computers, the internet, and basic applications (email, Google Docs/Sheets)
