Handle customer inquiries while working from home temporarily. This setup is only available to applicants who can present proof of billing, a reliable internet provider, and live close to the Everise Cauayan office. Once required, you will transition back onsite.

• Deliver excellent customer service in every engagement

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School Graduate (old curriculum HS graduates also welcome) with at least 6 Months International BPO Experience
• College Graduates - No BPO Experience Required!
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic computer literacy and ability to multitask
• Willing to work at Everise Cauayan, Isabela
• Must reside close to the Everise Cauayan office (within nearby barangays/city)
• Proof of Billing (address must match residence)
• Reliable Internet Service Provider (wired connection preferred)
• Willingness to report onsite once required
• VIBER Number is Required
