主要职责
制定并执行用户增长策略（获客、转化、留存）
运营 Twitter / Telegram / Discord 社群，策划活动提升活跃度
对接 KOL、媒体、交易所、钱包，推动合作与 AMA/空投等活动
设计推荐奖励、空投、白名单等增长玩法
关注新兴市场（东南亚/非洲/中东/拉美），制定本地化增长方案
核心要求
2 年以上 Web3 增长/社群经验，有成功拉新案例
熟悉 Twitter、TG、Discord 玩法，能制造社区话题和氛围
有 KOL/交易所/钱包/媒体资源优先
英文流利，能独立执行活动并复盘
加分项
曾在交易所/钱包/Crypto 支付项目任职
新兴市场增长经验
自己是 Crypto 重度用户
