- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive lead generation.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize accordingly.
- Assist in planning promotional events and activities.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales and marketing, branding, editing, multimedia creation, market research, marketing administration, digital marketing, brand marketing, email marketing, and advertising.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with potential remote work opportunities; may involve occasional travel.
- Qualities and Traits: Innovative, detail-oriented, strong communicator, and a team player with excellent analytical skills.
