We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce VA to help manage our online operations and provide outstanding support to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings: create, update, and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing on platforms such as Shopify / Amazon / eBay / Etsy
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to avoid stockouts
• Process and track customer orders, returns, and refunds
• Handle customer service inquiries via email, chat, and social media
• Assist with marketplace SEO and keyword optimization
• Perform competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Schedule and post social media content, promotions, and ads
• Generate reports on sales, traffic, and campaign performance
• Provide general administrative support to the e-commerce team

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an E-commerce VA or similar online retail role
• Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Etsy, etc.)
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and basic data analysis
• Knowledge of product listing optimization and marketplace SEO
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
