User Experience Research and Analysis: Responsible for conducting user experience research, collecting and analyzing user needs and feedback, and developing user experience improvement plans;
Product Design and Optimization: Design and optimize product features and user interfaces based on user needs and market trends to enhance user experience;
Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with customer service, operations, marketing, research and development, and design teams to ensure the accurate communication and efficient implementation of product requirements;
User Experience Testing: Design and implement user experience testing, analyze test results, and provide improvement suggestions;
User Behavior Data Analysis: Monitor user behavior using data analysis tools, identify issues in user experience, and propose solutions;
Product Documentation Writing: Write and maintain product requirement documents, user manuals, and other related documentation;
Market and Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends and competitors to optimize products and maintain a competitive edge;
