- Manage and organize office communications and correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to staff and clients.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Support departmental meetings and take minutes when required.
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned by management.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and effective multitasking abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Organized, proactive, and able to handle pressure.
