We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing multiple social media platforms, creating engaging content, and building brand presence online. This role requires excellent writing skills, basic graphic design knowledge, and strong communication abilities, and the ability to work remotely during US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow company presence across all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
• Design basic social media creatives using Canva and apply fundamental graphic design principles.
• Monitor comments, messages, and inquiries, including handling communication via WhatsApp when required.
• Track performance metrics and optimize content based on insights and trends.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in social media management.
• Must be well-versed in all major social media platforms and actively maintain personal social media accounts.
• Strong content writing and copywriting skills with excellent grammar.
• Proficient in Canva with basic graphic design knowledge.
• Understanding of branding, engagement strategies, and audience growth.
