Keterangan

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Staff to manage the general accounting and financial processes of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all daily accounting tasks, including preparing tax documents, updating expense files, and posting financial transactions in the general ledger.


Additionally, the Accounting Staff will be expected to carry out relevant administrative duties, such as responding to client inquiries via email and handling invoices. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


  • Manage all daily accounting tasks, including preparing tax documents and updating expense files.
  • Post financial transactions in the general ledger with accuracy and precision.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests via email in a timely manner.
  • Process and verify invoices and expense reports.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Persyaratan

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting or finance role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • CPA certification or progress towards CPA certification.
  • Prior experience in a similar industry.
