2. Exhibits a strong sense of responsibility and mission, capable of proactively driving the resolution of issues and tasks.

3. Familiar with the business logic of perpetual contracts, with over 3 years of related testing experience.

4. More than 6 years of testing experience, with over 2 years of experience in server-side automated testing.

5. Holds a bachelor's degree or above from an accredited institution, or has work experience at a well-known exchange.

6. Deep understanding of business scenarios such as trading, matching, clearing, liquidation, and market data, with the ability to clearly describe the data flow throughout the process.

7. Proficient in common interface testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, etc., with the ability to quickly implement automation based on existing tools.

8. Solid foundation in Python, capable of independently building testing frameworks and rapidly developing testing tools.

9. At least familiar with one database, such as MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.

10. Experience in Web3-related work is preferred.
