As a GDS Travel Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with booking travel products such as flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo. You will handle voice or non-voice interactions with customers, providing accurate, prompt, and courteous service.

• Use GDS platforms (e.g. Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) to:
• Book, modify, or cancel reservations
• Issue/reissue/refund airline tickets
• Process hotel and car rental bookings
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Handle flight changes, rebookings, or schedule disruptions
• Apply fare rules, travel policies, and promotions
• Ensure accurate data entry of customer and itinerary information
• Follow standard operating procedures and service level agreements
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints calmly
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed
• Maintain knowledge of travel trends, routes, airline procedures

At least High school Graduate with 1YEAR GDS SABRE EXP or any GDS account or Travel Account
