Job Summary:

We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives who are enthusiastic, communicative, and eager to grow in the BPO industry. This role is ideal for fresh graduates, career shifters, or individuals with no prior experience but are willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
• Document customer interactions and update records accordingly
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues
