JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and supervise the accounting department’s day-to-day activities
• Track and analyze accounting data to generate monthly financial reports
• Create yearly profit plan
• Create and implement appropriate accounting procedures, guidelines, and standards
• Ensure strict adherence to established policies and procedures
• Provide creative ideas for effective and profitable department operations and identify chances for continuous process improvement
• Ensure accurate filing of direct and indirect tax returns
• Effectively manage the company's cash flow
• Organize and finish yearly audits
• Other task may be assigned from time to time
