Developing, implementing, maintaining, and reviewing the company health and safety policies and programs. This includes occupational hygiene, accident investigations, safety training, emergency preparedness planning, and creating a risk management strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the dealership complies with all relevant Philippine safety laws.

• Act as an auditee for government and third-party inspections or audits

• Serve as the secretary of the Health and Safety Committee.

• Investigate accidents and submit detailed accident/incident investigation reports and analyses.

• Coordinate all health and safety training programs for team members and management.

• Plan and organize periodic fire, earthquake, and other emergency drills.

• Review and act on all near-miss reports and suggestions from team members.

• Conduct hazard prediction and health and safety inspections.

• Prepare and submit regular reports to the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Department of Health (DOH), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), and other government agencies.

• Assist government agencies with safety and health inspections, accident investigations, and related programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with specialization in Safety Management, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science

• With at least 1 year of experience in Safety Management, Emergency Planning, Risk Management

• Preferably with relevant certifications 

• Knowledgeable in relevant legislations including Occupational Health and Safety Act, Human Rights Code, Workplace Safety and Insurance Act

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software applications

• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization

• Willing to work onsite in Pasay
