As an IT Staff, you will be responsible for the system administration, and troubleshooting, with a solid understanding of retail business systems. This role will support the daily IT operations and contribute to the smooth running of all technical aspects of our retail and online business.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network systems, POS systems, and retail-specific software.
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, both locally and remotely.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection.
