  • Managing all building maintenance activities, such as organizing regular maintenance, resolving issues, overseeing repairs, and ensuring that all equipment and facilities function at optimal performance.
  • Keeping documents of inspections and problems.
  • Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm)
  • Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in building systems like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems is crucial.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to detect, diagnose, and resolve issues such as leaks, electrical faults, or heating/cooling system problems.
