Persyaratan
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Over 10 years of progressive experience in IT, focusing on infrastructure and management roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Expertise in IT Infrastructure, BPO, Product Management, Technical Management, Enterprise Systems, Virtualization, and Network Architecture.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee IT operations, develop strategies for technical improvements, manage team performance, and ensure system security.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with potential remote work options; may require occasional travel for site assessments.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude.
