Cybersecurity & Fraud Management Product Owner

Responsibilities:

• Define and create feature sets, business requirements, and user stories for the product.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop detailed design and product specification documents. Identify opportunities to enhance product capabilities, resolve issues, and improve overall user experience.
• Clearly communicate the product vision, goals, and roadmap to all relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Scrum Master to prioritize the product backlog, break down epics, refine user stories, and plan for upcoming sprints.
• Lead the vendor selection process, including proof of concept (POC), RFI/RFP preparations, and vendor evaluations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in an Agile environment
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Cybersecurity and/or Fraud Management
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
