Customer Engagement

• Ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service.

• Acknowledge the presence of customers, listen and pay attention to their needs.

• Attend to customer complaints with eagerness and understanding.

Daily Operations

• Consistently follow and abide by the company’s established policies and procedures.

• Attend and assist customers in the selection and choice of merchandise style, color or size.

• Direct the customers to the nearest counter for payment of the merchandise.

• Replenish stocks on display and ensure availability of stocks in the selling area.

• Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience Level: Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong public speaking, negotiation, and sales support skills essential.
• Working Conditions: Mostly office-based with occasional travel for client meetings.
• Qualities and Traits: Must be personable, persuasive, and possess a positive attitude.
