Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions to meet their requirements
Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services
Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reporting on sales performance
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within your territory

Persyaratan

1-3 years of experience in a Sales Representative/Consultant role, preferably within the Sales industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful client relationships
Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
Proficient with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems to manage client information and pipeline
Proactive, self-motivated and adaptable to changing business needs
Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
