Description

Bookkeeper

  • Maintains financial records, records transactions, and reconciles bank statements.

Financial Analyst

  • Reviews financial data, creates reports, and helps with budgeting and forecasting.

Payroll Specialist

  • Manages employee salaries, deductions, taxes, and ensures timely payroll processing.

Accounts Receivable Clerk

  • Manages incoming payments, issues invoices to customers, and follows up on overdue accounts.

Data Entry Clerk

  • Inputs and updates information in databases or spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.

HR Assistant

  • Supports human resources with recruitment, employee records, and onboarding.

Customer Service Representative (Admin Role)

  • Handles client inquiries, provides support, and processes service requests or complaints.

Administrative Assistant

  • Supports office operations, schedules meetings, manages communications, and handles clerical duties.

Requirements

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles.
  • Experience with bookkeeping, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with office administration tasks, including procurement and record-keeping.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, MYOB, Xero, or SAP.
