• Job Description – Online Admin
• We are looking for a diligent, communicative, and responsible Online Admin to join and assist with daily online operations.
• This position is ideal for those accustomed to working from home, with a stable internet connection, and ready to perform tasks with discipline.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer messages via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or other chat platforms.
• Recording and managing daily orders from customers.
• Updating stock and product availability on marketplaces or social media.
• Creating simple daily/weekly reports related to store activities.
• Maintaining good communication with the team and customers.
• Reminding about delivery schedules or following up with customers who have not completed their orders.
