Description

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable HR & Admin Assistant to support daily HR and office operations.
  • This role provides essential assistance in recruitment, employee documentation, office coordination, and general administrative tasks.
  • You will help ensure smooth internal processes while contributing to a positive and organized workplace environment.

Requirements

  • Support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
  • Prepare employment contracts, HR memos, and employee files
  • Maintain and update employee records and attendance logs
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Help organize company events, trainings, and employee engagement activities
  • Manage office supplies, logistics, and general admin needs
  • Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor requirements
  • Assist in processing payroll documentation and HR-related reports
