Job Description: Area Sales Engineer North West Luzon

Department: Aircon & Commercial Sales

Industry: Home Appliances (HVAC and NHVAC)

1. Overall Objectives

• To drive sales growth and market share for HVAC and NHVAC products within the North West Luzon region.
• To develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• To support the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Provide support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials and presentations.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

3. Accountabilities
